Currently, my research is focused on two broad streams: technology in government (e.g.: remote work, AI) and behavioural public administration. Also, I am interested in exploring emerging paradigms of public sector reform. I apply both mixed methods and experimental techniques

Some of the research questions I am working on at the moment:

- How are technological factors affecting the motivation of civil servants?

- Are there differences in preferences for telework between public and private sector workers?

- How do workers perceive the impact of remote work on their personal and professional life?

- What are the most effective governance models for managing AI in public organizations?

- How do bureaucrats react to the removal of corrupt principals?

- What are the biases affecting policy take-up?

- How do citizens utilize public performance data?

- What can we learn from past "reforming government" movements?

- How is the digital transformation affecting neo-weberian states?

Here is a list of all my publications (published and forthcoming)
